Introduction to CORE Financial Reports

CORE is the central data report library for OSU. The financial reports can be helpful to a variety of people on campus managing budgets and financial transactions.

This training provides an introduction to financial terms and concepts at OSU and CORE reports for common financial situations. Best for people with FIN3 access in CORE.

You will learn:

• How is access to financial CORE reports assigned?
• What financial terminology do I need for CORE?
• What financial data is in CORE?
• What is the basic structure and features of a CORE report? 
• How do I find the balance on an index?

Note: This training builds on the CORE basics provided in Introduction to CORE. You may find this training easier to follow if you have previously taken Intro to CORE.
